Shipping Information

Under normal circumstances, the ETA after shipping is one to three working days for West Malaysia orders. The ETA for East Malaysia orders is three to five working days. Please note that, while we will try our best to have your orders delivered to you as soon as possible, kindly allow for slight delivery delays during peak periods (Christmas, Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, etc.).

Delivery Policies
Privacy
We will not reveal or sell any of your information to unrelated third parties.

Unpaid items
Unpaid items will only be hold and reserved for maximum 24 hours (unless stated otherwise).

Time of shipping
Your purchased goods will be shipped only after we receive clear payment. Shipping days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays (unless stated otherwise). Longer processing time might be needed during peak seasons or temporary stock shortages (clients will be notified).

Return policy
Goods sold are returnable for refunds within 48 hours after delivery was made to the recipient, under the following conditions:

  • buyers agree to pay for the full return shipping fee
  • return postage must be done through any couriers with tracking number must be provided
  • returned item(s) must be in original package and in good condition, all parts of the item(s) must be returned

Couriers will not refund any postage fee(s) paid by the buyers during the initial purchase. Refunds will be done through online banking after we received and checked the returned items.

Damaged & Missing Shipment Policy
If the items in the shipment are severely damaged, please take a photo and send it to us within 24 hours after receiving the shipment. We will provide full refund OR resend the shipment if the shipment is severely damaged or missing. Damages due to mishandling by recipients or minor damage will not be entertained.

This policy is not applicable for those that provide incorrect delivery addresses or unavailable addresses.

Customs & Import Duty Fees

Please note that all international orders are subject to their respective country's customs and import duty fees. Your customs and import duty fees will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on your product value.

The customs and import duty fees are not included in your Buttonscarves order and shipping cost and are to be paid by the parcel recipient.
